Private classes are one hour sessions that allow individuals to be privately trained/instructed outside of the regularly scheduled group classes. June Kittay will tailor a class to meet the exercise goals / needs of the requesting individual.

Wine~Body~Spirit 90 Minute Specialty Event

$25.00 $20.00

90 minute specialty event that includes 45 minutes of yoga for small groups, followed by 45 minutes of fun activity.

Price $25.00 per student - minimum attendance required 10

The yoga is designed for the beginner or experienced yogi's who are looking to destress, relax and rejuvenate. Make friends, have fun and get fit.

You supply the wine and munchies. Bring a mat.

Yoga session, and fun activity follows as we learn about our friends. Get to know each other on a deeper level, as we see what we all have in common. Remember, 6 degrees of separation is true!
