You tricked us! You made us think were just having fun, but you were really working us out! I had a blast! And the time went by so fast! Whenever you are teaching, I'll be there! I wanted you to know that it was a terrific class, June was a wonderful teacher and so inspirational. It was so enjoyable that I wished it had lasted much longer. They are especially good because of relating the purpose of the exercise and the resulting action i.e. breathing to improve our lung function, stretching certain muscles, back action, etc . Our instructor June is quite fantastic, it is obvious to all how much she enjoys what she does. Besides showing so much enthusiasm, I like the fact she she explains as she goes along what the benefit of an exercise is to a particular area of the body (that is important), what is more she does it with a big smile all the way.
