Emerging thru Movement is a fun, easy and effective cardiovascular program created to increase strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness.
This program is based on the premise that the body is a system of wheels within wheels and specifically designed to stimulate the lymphatic system to remove toxins and energize the body. Dealing with lower back pain? Lower back pain is often attributed to poor posture, stress and decreased flexibility. Movements are designed to stretch and strengthen the core, the primary stabilizer of the spine. Want more stability? Stability can be improved thru balance exercises. Special attention is give to the foot and ankle to strengthen those muscles that help prevent fractures and falls. |
