I have been with the class a little over a month and am enjoying it immensely between the benefits of the exercise and making new friends, it is all good.  Our instructor June is quite fantastic, it is obvious to all how much she enjoys what she does.  Besides showing so much enthusiasm, I like the fact she she explains as she goes along what the benefit of an exercise is to a particular area of the body (that is important), what is more she does it with a big smile all the way.  June is an amazing upbeat young lady and I noticed that is the way the members feel at the end of her class, upbeat and satisfied!
